Refund Policy

At Tell NP Advisers Sàrl, we are committed to providing quality services through our TalentAI by TnP platform. This refund policy specifies the conditions for cancellation and refund for subscriptions purchased by companies and individuals.

1.1 Duration of the Subscription

• When a company subscribes to TalentAI by TnP, it is automatically valid for an initial period of one year.

• At the end of this period, the subscription is automatically renewed for an additional one-year period, unless terminated under the conditions specified below.

1.2 Termination Conditions

• The company may terminate its subscription with 2 months' notice before the automatic renewal date.

• If cancellation is made after the automatic renewal date, the first 2 months of the annual subscription will be due, but Tell NP Advisers Sàrl will refund the remaining 8 months of the subscription.

1.3 Termination Procedure

• The termination request must be communicated in writing via email to contact@tell-np.com.

• The refund of the 8 months will be made within 30 working days after confirmation of the termination.

2.1 Duration of the Subscription

• Subscriptions for individuals are concluded on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time by the user.

2.2 Termination Conditions

• Once a month has started, it is due in full and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation during the current month.

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month if requested before its end.

2.3 Termination Procedure

• The cancellation request must be communicated via email to contact@tell-np.com.

• No penalty or additional fees will be applied for cancellation.

• Force Majeure: In the event of exceptional circumstances (force majeure), Tell NP Advisers Sàrl will examine refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

• Service Unavailable: If the TalentAI by TnP service becomes temporarily unavailable for a period exceeding 30 consecutive days (excluding scheduled maintenance), the company or individual may request a refund prorated for the period of unavailability.
